what should i expect from my appointment?
Well expect your appointment to be filled with fun, laughter and possible happy tears. We start by getting to know you because we have years of experience and training to be able to know what will work for your ideal, your style desires and your body shape. You will get to look through our stunning gowns and pick a selection to try on. We will be guided by what you like and what you don't like but we might just sneak in the odd competitor. We want your appointment to be relaxed and fun and one of the most excited days of your life.
do i need to make an appointment?
Yes please. Always look to start wedding dress shopping 18 months before your wedding but there are always exceptions. We run by appointment only to ensure that you get our undivided attention in the Boutique. We always advise to book in advance to avoid travelling from far aware and disappointment on the day if we cannot fit you in. Even on week days the Boutique can get pretty booked up.

do you stock dresses in my size?
We stock a wide range of sizes in our Boutique ranging from 8-34. We also have our new Plus size collections in all 3 of our collections so you be sure to find a styles that will look perfect. If you find your dream gown, it will be ordered in your size and our very talented seamstress will alter it to fit you like a glove.

i have a budget in mind?
Having a budget in mind when starting to look for your dream dress is always a must and this doesn't matter how big or small. Our dresses vary across collections, with the price point ranging between £495 – £2700. We do have sample dresses that are priced lower and can be taken home on the day.

alterations?
We have 2 amazing recommended seamstresses who we have worked with for years. They are extremely passionate about making your dress fitting perfect. Once your dress arrives with us, we make sure that is is absolutely perfect, call you to tell you the amazing news that your dress has arrived and invite you in to try it on along with any accessories. Your dress will be steamed and ready to go to fittings.

how will i pay for my dress?
For the Bridal gown itself we normally require a 50% deposit to place your order. Once your dress arrives we invite you back to try it on, start fittings and to pay the final balance within 14 days your dress arriving in the Boutique.

do you store the dress for me?
Yes we do. We offer an in house storage option for brides who have ordered with us. There is a one off fee of £50, the dress will also remain insured under our policy. You can then collect your dress close to your wedding date.
